professionals can help put it into a CAD model that can be
refined into the final design.
If the design is completed and you require a prototype, we offer the service of building a fully functional prototype for testing
or display. Our prototype service is carried out by our associates who have been making prototypes for over 33 years. If it’s a plastic injection molded part, try our SLA (Stereolithography) service. Have a part made using rapid prototyping to ensure that
the end results will satisfy your requirements and then let our Injection molding services take it to production.
Ready to go to production? We’ve been waiting for you to get here. With over 40 years of
production experience, we can make it economically feasible to get your product to the market and start making a profit.
If you already have a design and need it taken from a blue print to a CAD model for easy manufacturing, we have the
means and experience to get you there. Many times parts are only defined by blue prints,
slowing down the manufacturing and inspection processes, making the project not cost effective. That’s where MDES comes in. We’ll bring you into the 21st century.
There are companies that don't have a full time Engineer or Designer due to the lack of a full time need. That’s why we’re here, to work as consultants and leave when your needs are satisfied. We can come in at any stage in the process and leave at any point you determine our services are no longer necessary.
