A brief introduction to Our Staff
Our MDES staff is comprised of individuals who are highly qualified in multiple areas of expertise
from conceptual design to manufacturing. Each with a minimum of 15 years working experience in their
respective fields.
Our Engineering staff is comprised of:
Mechanical Design Engineers working with you and applying many years and a variety of experience to
your project to ensure that you receive the best possible end product that meets or exceeds your needs
and expectations.
Mechanical Engineers perform analysis, and verify that all projects have an acceptable safety factor
for your product requirements and industry standards.
The entire staff is experienced in multiple CAD packages, including Catia V4 & V5, Unigraphics,
Cadkey, MasterCam, and a variety of other software packages. Making compatibility with our customers
completely painless and an easy transition.
Above all, our entire Engineering staff has the major part of their experience in Research &
Development. Giving you the edge on overcoming the learning curve.
To make the project go smooth and ensure satisfaction, the Engineering staff can provide Digital
Mock-Ups, Virtual Prototypes (DMU) as well as actual working Prototype where functionality presents
problems after the fact. Eliminating problems that may occur at the manufacturing stage.
Our Manufacturing staff consists of:
Our Manufacturing staff has personnel with over 25 years of experience in Research & Development
alone, as well as 35 years production manufacturing.
Not only are they professionals in manufacturing, their experience is 100% hands on, from machining
to assembly.
With the extensive background of working in the fast paced R & D area, they are well equipped to
build and test as well as find problems and resolve them should they occur.
In addition, they find ways to improve on the process to make production even less costly and
faster.
Their experience ranges through a variety of manufacturing processes. All metals types, fiberglass,
plastic injection molding, hydro-forming, brazing, welding, non-destructive testing, destructive
testing. You name it, we've done it. And we are prepared to put this experience to work for you.
