Working Prototype capabilities.
Once the final design review is approved and ready to build, it's time for a
working prototype. As they say, "The proof is in the pudding". Let us build a
working prototype for you and test the final product. There is nothing like the
real thing to prove that the concept and design are ready for full on
manufacturing. This also gives the opportunity to modify or make any changes you
may feel are necessary to meet your needs.
Rapid Prototyping Stereolithography (SLA).
Rapid prototyping can be performed with various types of material, depending on
the desired strengths. This process gives you the opportunity to see your detail
products with a low cost option and have hands on to inspect the detail of your
product, regardless of the material to be used on the final detail.

Digital Mock-Ups and Virtual Prototypes.
Digital mock-ups and Virtual Prototypes allow for the examination of an assembly
for functionality and interference in an assembly design; as well as making
modifications prior to building the real prototype, saving costly redesign and
the need for new prototypes.
