Mechanical Design Engineers work with your team and apply their many years of a variety of experience to
your project to ensure that you receive the best possible end product, that meets or exceeds your
needs and expectations.
If needed, we can provide you with finite element analysis (FEA) for highly stressed parts, and computational
fluid dynamics (CFD) for parts with flow paths.
The entire staff is experienced in multiple CAD packages, including Catia V4 & V5, Unigraphics,
Cadkey, MasterCam, and a variety of other software packages. Making compatibility with our customers
completely painless and an easy transition.
Our design experience ranges from Flight hardware (including working with NASA in the revising of
Space Shuttle main engine hardware), Electro-Mechanical details and assemblies, Laser components and
assemblies, Automotive details and assemblies as a minimum.
Above all, our entire Engineering staff has the major part of their experience in Research &
Development. Giving you the edge on overcoming the learning curve in preparation for full
manufacturing process.
